2. The Services
GEMS.GROUP provides an affiliate partnership program that combines digital marketing training, mentorship, and direct sales opportunities. As a partner, you may select a membership package, attend live trainings, receive mentorship, and earn commissions on qualifying sales made through your affiliate activity.
3. Registering an Account
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Commissions & Earnings
Partners can earn a 25% commission on qualifying sales generated through their affiliate activity, with higher-tier packages unlocking additional benefits. Commissions are calculated and paid according to the payment schedule communicated within your dashboard. All earnings are subject to applicable taxes and payment verification.
5. Prohibited Behaviour
You agree not to engage in spam, fraudulent marketing, misleading claims, or any activity that harms the reputation of GEMS.GROUP or its community. Abusive, deceptive, or unlawful conduct may result in the suspension of your account and forfeiture of pending commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, training materials, and proprietary resources provided through GEMS.GROUP remain the intellectual property of GEMS.GROUP. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute these materials without explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
GEMS.GROUP provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific earnings or outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEMS.GROUP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
